Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushroom Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino
- 2 King oyster mushrooms
- 2 bunches Komatsuna
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 150 grams Pasta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Salt
- Mince the garlic.
- Saute the red chili pepper in olive oil until it starts to brown over very low heat.
- Add the small-cubed king oyster mushrooms, and continue sauteing.
- Cut the Komatsuna into less than 10 cm lengths and add to the pan.
- Add the cooked pasta cooked in hot salted water, and mix briefly.
- Adjust the flavour with salt, and you're done!
