Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushroom Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

  1. Mince the garlic.
  2. Saute the red chili pepper in olive oil until it starts to brown over very low heat.
  3. Add the small-cubed king oyster mushrooms, and continue sauteing.
  4. Cut the Komatsuna into less than 10 cm lengths and add to the pan.
  5. Add the cooked pasta cooked in hot salted water, and mix briefly.
  6. Adjust the flavour with salt, and you're done!
