Aunt Betty's Platz
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 12 cups flour
- 4 cups apricots, halved

- Beat together the icing sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and flour.
- The batter will be very thick.
- Spread half of the batter in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Lay fruit down on top.
- Sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until baked all the way through.
