Avocado-Mango Salsa

  1. In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients (except the avocado).
  2. Mix together.
  3. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours (will store well for up to two days).
  4. Add the avocado 30 minutes prior to serving, return to the refrigerator.
  5. Im sure this recipe would be GREAT with some red onion, but being that Im an onion hater, I opted not to include it.

mango, fresh pineapple, fresh corn, fresh cilantro, chili powder, red pepper, kosher salt, hot sauce, avocado
