Avocado-Mango Salsa
- 1 whole Mango, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Fresh Pineapple (Not Canned)
- 1/4 cups Fresh Corn
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
- 1 pinch Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce (such As Tapatio), Or More To Taste
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 whole Avocado, Chopped
- In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients (except the avocado).
- Mix together.
- Let cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours (will store well for up to two days).
- Add the avocado 30 minutes prior to serving, return to the refrigerator.
- Im sure this recipe would be GREAT with some red onion, but being that Im an onion hater, I opted not to include it.
