Irvixen's Shrimp Scampi

  1. Thaw shrimp, rinse and pat dry.
  2. (I just run it under cold water for a few minutes)
  3. In 13x9 inch pan, combine butter, oil and garlic (I use the pre-minced garlic, saves time).
  4. Broil for 4-5 inches from heat for 2 minutes
  5. Add shrimp, parsley, lemon, salt And pepper.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Broil for 2 minutes, flip shrimp and broil another 1-2 minutes.
