Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl whisk flour, baking soda and salt
  4. In a large bowl beat butter, both sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Beat in eggs.
  6. Add flour mixture to butter/sugar and mix just until combined.
  7. Do not overmix.
  8. Add mint chocolate chips and peanut M&Ms, stir in to mix.
  9. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
  10. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  11. Press dough ball down slightly with a the back of a spoon.or palm of your hand.
  12. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until a light golden.
  13. Don't over cook.
  14. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet then transfer to racks to cool.completely
