Maple Vinegar Chicken

  1. Stir fry chicken in a little butter or olive oil on medium heat, until you can see just a little pink on each piece.
  2. Mix in walnuts and pour mixed cup of vinegar and maple syrup over meat; cook for another few minutes until the chicken is done through.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over white rice.
