Maple Vinegar Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless chicken, sliced in thin strips
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup flavored vinegar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- Stir fry chicken in a little butter or olive oil on medium heat, until you can see just a little pink on each piece.
- Mix in walnuts and pour mixed cup of vinegar and maple syrup over meat; cook for another few minutes until the chicken is done through.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over white rice.
