Shrimp Curry

  1. Melt butter; add onion and flour.
  2. Stir until a smooth paste is formed.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil.
  4. Add coconut milk when mixture begins to thicken, then add the remaining seasonings and shrimp.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice and garnishes.
