Zucchini Pie

  1. Parboil prepared zucchini in salt water until tender.
  2. Drain; put in bowl.
  3. Add warm water, sugar, cinnamon and cream of tartar.
  4. Place in unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake 1/2 hour @ 350F (180C).
  6. Top with Streusel Topping mixture.
  7. Return to oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
  8. Tastes just like apple pie.
