Kale Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F.
  2. Put the kale leaves in a bowl.
  3. Lightly pour the olive oil over the kale until the kale is glistening and coated; do not apply too much oil.
  4. Sprinkle the oregano and za'atar over the top of the kale.
  5. Season with salt and toss.
  6. Transfer the kale to a baking sheet.
  7. Bake until crispy, 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your oven.
  8. Cool and serve.
