Spicy Fruit Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 red serrano or jalapeno chili, seeded and minced (wear rubber gloves)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves
- In a bowl stir together the mango, the papaya, the strawberries, the sugar, and the chili, let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, and stir in the mint.
- Serve the salsa with grilled chicken or fish.
