Glazed Fruit Pizza Recipe
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 (8 ounce.) softened cream cheese
- 1 can Dole Tropical fruit salad or 1 can fruit cocktail or you can use combinations of fresh fruits - bananas, pineapple, strawberries, etc.
- Save juice from fruit for glaze.
- Open crescent rolls and shape into a circle like a pizza.
- Place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
- Bake as directed on package.
- When done and cold, spread with softened cream cheese.
- Now arrange fruit around top making a circle design, alternating different fruits with each row or circle.
- Make a glaze with the left over juice and about 1 tsp.
- cornstarch cooking until thickened.
- Glaze top of fruit and when set serve like you would pizza.
