Harvest Squash And Apple Soup Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, cook onion and carrot in apple juice, covered, for 12 min or possibly till very tender.
  2. Don't drain.
  3. Add in bouillon granules, lemon juice, ginger, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to blender or possibly food processor.
  5. Add in squash; blend till smooth.
  6. Add in lowfat milk.
  7. Reheat and serve.
