Steve's Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning (may add up to 4 tablespoons)
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite)
- Cut bacon into small (1/2 inch wide) chunks and cook until crisp.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, egg, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in soup mix, bread crumbs and steak seasoning.
- Form mixture into a loaf and place in 9X5 inch loaf pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake @ 375 F for 45 minutes, Remove foil and continue baking another 10 minutes.
- Turn off oven, cover top of meatloaf with shredded cheese and put back in oven till cheese is all melted.
- Remove from oven and ENJOY!
