Italian Cannelloni

  1. Heat the oil in a large frypan; add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  2. Add mince and cook until browned.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes or until mince is cooked.
  4. Add oregano, basil, spinach, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce on the base of a medium baking dish.
  6. Spoon meat mixture in cannelloni shells until all filled.
  7. Arrange the cannelloni shells side by side in the base of the dish.
  8. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the cannelloni shells.
  9. Combine Philly* Topping ingredients until smooth.
  10. Dollop and spread over cannelloni shells until covered.
  11. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes or until heated through.
