Aunty Sylvs Walnut Cake.

  1. -beat egg whites and sugar together till stiff.
  2. -crush biscuits in a plastic bad with rolling pin leaving a bit chunky.
  3. -lightly crush walnuts.
  4. add all ingredients together.
  5. -place mixture into a small shallow square tin.
  6. -cook at 350 degrees for 24 minutes.
  7. top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
  8. (topping optional -- also yummy without it).
  9. we use 22 jatz biscuits which are savoury biscuits that are slightly salty.
  10. ritz is another brand of the same kind of biscuit.
