Dried Apple Fruit Cake Recipe

• 5 c. flour (self-rising)
• 3 c. warm dry apples
• 3 c. sugar
• 1 c. butter
• 2 teaspoon allspice
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon cloves
• 1 lg. box raisins
• 3 c. nuts
• Fruit and peels or possibly candied cherry

1. Mix all ingredients together except nuts and raisins.
2. Add in nuts and raisins last.
3. Cook in tube pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 50 min.
