DI GIORNO Baked Pesto Whitefish
- 4 whitefish or tilapia fillets (about 1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Place fish in greased shallow baking dish.
- Spoon pesto sauce over each fillet.
- Bake at 425 degree F for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Sprinkle with tomato; serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
- Try serving with a simple tossed salad served with KRAFT Special Collection Greek Vinaigrette and hot cooked MINUTE Rice.
- Tip!
- Mediterranean-Style Whitefish: Omit tomato.
- Mix pesto with 1/4 cup chopped black olives and 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion.
