Tangy Barbecued Tofu Kabobs

  1. Pretty much, you put the tofu in a ziploc bag.
  2. Then in a bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, steak spices, oil and the garlic.
  3. Pour over tofu, and let marinate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers (it will make 4 big skewers, but soak 5 just in case).
  5. for at least 30 minutes in lukewarm water.
  6. Skewer the tofu and the vegetable in a order that seems to be appropriate for you.
  7. Grill or broil!
  8. Or bake in oven at 400F for about 20 minutes, moving them around.
