Grandmas Best Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4 over-ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a large rectangular baking pan (is this a 9X4 or 8X4 loaf pan?)
- with non-stick cooking spray.
- Set aside.
- Combine: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl.
- Mix to combine.
- Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl combine: eggs, banana, oil and milk.
- Mix to combine.
- Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour OR until toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Allow bread to cool in pan slightly before slicing and serving.
