Crock Pot Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. macaroni
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- Cook and drain macaroni.
- Toss cooked macaroni in 2 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Add in all other ingredients.
- Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low 3-4 hrs stirring occasionally.
