Spinach and Cheese Quiche
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 -4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 frozen deep dish pie shell, thawed
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix cheese and flour together in large bowl.
- In separate container, beat milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Combine spinach, bacon, and egg mixture with cheese mixture, stir to thoroughly combine.
- Pour into pie crust, set pie pan on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or til toothpick in center comes out clean.
