Pumpkin Pie Squares

  1. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Combine flour oatsm brown sugar and margarine in a bowl.
  3. Mix until crumbly, with a pastry blender or with an electric mixer at low speed.
  4. Press dough into the bottom of an ungreased 8-by-12-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a mixing bowl or food processor.
  7. Beat or process well.
  8. Pour into baked crust.
  9. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until a sharp knife comes out clean form the center.
  10. Cut into squares and serve with Chantilly Cream.
