Pumpkin Squares
- 13 cup sugar
- 13 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (8 ounce) canwhipped vanilla frosting
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla frosting and cream cheese.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan 13 x 9 and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minute While bars are cooling, beat whipped canned frosting and softened 3 ozs cream cheese until smooth.
- Frost cooled bars.
