Grilled Strip Steak

• 1 pound (3/4-inch thick) bone less beef loin (strip)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Olive oil

1. Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
