Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 34 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 14 cup dark chocolate, morselsl
- 1 12 cups quick-cooking oats
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl.
- Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels and oats.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
