Whole Wheat Low Fat Muffins Recipe

  1. Combine cereal and lowfat milk in bowl and let stand about 3 min; stir well.
  2. Add in egg whites and applesauce; blend well.
  3. Add in flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  4. Mix well sufficient to moisten flour.
  5. Spray muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
  8. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
