Avocado Fish Kai Recipe
- 3 x Ripe avocados
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 x Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb) Parsley springs (for Garnish) Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash.
- Mix lemon juice, parsley & seasonings.
- Spread over hot fish.
