Mango-Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup sweet strawberries, hulled
- One 8-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup tropical juice blend or orange juice, or as needed
- Ice, optional
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed.
- Serve at once in tall glasses, over ice if desired.
