Pasta With Squash Sauce

  1. Heat up 3 tbs of olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add sliced squash, garlic, basil, and salt and pepper to taste until squash is golden and tender.
  3. Add cup of chicken broth and bring to a simmer until squash is really soft.
  4. Then transfer squash mixture to a blender, add milk and puree.
  5. Boil rigatone pasta until tender.
  6. Drain and add squash sauce.
  7. Add parmesean cheese, mix and serve.
  8. Yummy.
