Qixi Star Festival: Spicy Hot Somen Noodles with Prawns
- 4 bundles Somen noodles
- 300 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 Grated garlic
- 6 Steamed prawns
- 1 Tomato
- 1 packet Daikon radish sprouts
- 1 to garnish Yellow bell pepper
- Combine the sauce ingredients and chill in the fridge.
- Cook the somen noodles and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with the toppings.
- Cut the yellow pepper into stars.
- Pour over the cold noodle sauce and serve.
