Citrus-Glazed Fish

  1. Bring juices, A.1.
  2. and sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat; simmer on medium heat 10 min.
  3. or until sauce is reduced by half, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove half the sauce; reserve for later use.
  5. Season fish with pepper.
  6. Place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with remaining sauce.
  7. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 8 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork, carefully turning fish after 4 min.
  9. and brushing with remaining sauce.
  10. Drizzle fish with reserved sauce before serving.
