Simple Ginger Chicken Breasts
- 3 -5 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 cup oil
- red wine vinegar
- 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 -2 tablespoon ginger
- cajun seasoning
- 3 -6 drops liquid smoke
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushroom pieces
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Thaw chicken.
- In a large skillet over med heat, add chicken and oil.
- Dash red wine vinegar over whole skillet, going around 3-4 times.
- Add brown sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cajun, and liquid smoke.
- Cook, flipping regularly.
- When almost done, add garlic, mushrooms, and onion.
- Cover.
- Flip chicken 3-4 more times, cooking until done.
- Serve.
