Simple Ginger Chicken Breasts

  1. Thaw chicken.
  2. In a large skillet over med heat, add chicken and oil.
  3. Dash red wine vinegar over whole skillet, going around 3-4 times.
  4. Add brown sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cajun, and liquid smoke.
  5. Cook, flipping regularly.
  6. When almost done, add garlic, mushrooms, and onion.
  7. Cover.
  8. Flip chicken 3-4 more times, cooking until done.
  9. Serve.
