Avocado Smoothies
- 3 avocados (Over ripe)
- 3 cups milk
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- mint leaf
- 1.
- Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash it well.
- 2.
- Add a cup of water to the mashed avocados and put in the freezer overnight.
- 3.
- Blend all of the ingredients together to the consistency of a thick smoothie.
- 4.
- Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
