Avocado Smoothies

  2. Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash it well.

  4. Add a cup of water to the mashed avocados and put in the freezer overnight.

  6. Blend all of the ingredients together to the consistency of a thick smoothie.

  8. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
