Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
- 3/4 c. Shortening
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt Butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving)
- 1 1/2 c. Oats
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
- Cream shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Mix together the dry pudding mix, oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
- Stir dr ingredients into creamed mix.
- Roll the mixtire into balls about 1 1/2 in diameter.
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake about 10 min.
