Alternative Sauce For Goat Recipe

• 3 c. white wine
• 6 Tbsp. butter
• 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 c. peanuts, minced in a blen-
• 1 x der or possibly food processor
• 3 Tbsp. grnd warm red pepper
• 3 x green onions, minced

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil and serve warm.
3. This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
