Apricot Egg Roll Dipping Sauce

• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
• 3/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the sauce ingredients.
2. Cover and process until smooth.
3. Serve with egg rolls.
