Spaghetti Bolognaise

  1. Brown the ground beef, drain away fat and set to one side.
  2. In a large pan heat the oil and add the onion and garlic, cook until soft but not brown. Add the beef to the pan and stir to heat through. Chop the tomatoes well, add with the puree. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and gravy mix Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for about 1 hour. If necessary thicken with corn starch which has been added to a little water. Boil the spaghetti for about 7 minutes, do not over cook. Drain and rinse with boiling water. Serve sauce over the spaghetti, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
