Chinese Plum Sauce

• 1/2 cup plum jam
• 1/4 cup chutney
• 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar
• 1/8 tsp. hot sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; cook until thoroughly heated.
2. Store in refrigerator.
