Parmesan Cheese Toast Points

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, parsley, garlic, and mayonnaise together.
  2. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each baguette slice.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown.
  6. Ladle the soup into a shallow bowl.
  7. Place the croutons around the bowl.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
