Chocolate Mint Tarts Recipe
- 1/2 (10 ounce. bag) mint chocolate pcs (3/4 c.)
- 1 c. heavy or possibly whipping cream
- 1 pkg. (6) graham cracker tart shells
- Mint leaves for garnish
- In sauce pan over medium heat, heat mint - chocolate pcs and 1/4 c. cream till chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
- Chill mix 15 min to cold slightly, stirring occasionally.
- In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat remaining heavy cream till stiff peaks form.
- Mix in cooled chocolate mix into whipped cream.
- Spoon into tart shells.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Serves 6.
