Thai Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice

  1. Wash & soak sticky rice in water for 3 hours.
  2. Tightly wrap rice with a cloth and steam it for 30 minutes in a steamer.
  3. In a small pan, add a cup of coconut mik, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil until sugar is melted.
  4. Mix the boiled coconut milk into the rice.
  5. To make the sauce: Add all the coconut sauce ingredients into a small pot and boil until thickened.
  6. Cut the mango into smaller pieces.
  7. Serve sticky rice along with the mango on a plate.
  8. You can put the mango on top of the rice too.
  9. Pour over the sauce as desired.
