Tomato Relish

• 12 medium yellow tomatoes
• 12 medium tomatoes
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut up)
• 14 cup sweet onion (chopped finely)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper

2. Chop and mixed all Ingredients together!

4. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
