Super Simple 3-Minute Double Chocolate Cake

• 40 grams Pancake mix
• 50 ml Milk
• 5 grams Cocoa powder (confectionery grade)
• 10 grams Chocolate chips

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small silicon pot (I use "tukuru" silicon containers) and mix together.
2. You can use a mini-whisk or a spoon.
3. Microwave without a lid at 500 W for 2 minutes 30 seconds, and it's complete.
4. If making more than one, microwave one at a time.
