All American Cheeseburger Ring
- 1 pound Ground Beef (I Use 80/20 For The Most Flavor)
- 1/4 cups Yellow Onion, Diced
- 3/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 containers (8 Oz. Tubes) Crescent Rolls
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion until done, about 10 minutes, using a fork to break up the meat.
- Add cheese, ketchup, and mustard and mix well.
- Remove from heat.
- Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a round baking stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside.
- Smoosh with your fingers the inside pieces of the triangle where they overlap to seal together.
- There should be a 6 circle in the center of the baking stone.
- Using a medium scoop or a spoon, scoop meat mixture evenly onto the widest part of each triangle.
- Bring points of triangles up over the filling and tuck under the wide ends of dough at the center of the ring.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a deep golden brown.
- Recipe serves 6-8.
- Enjoy!
