Easy Strawberry Drop Cookies Recipe

• 2 Large eggs
• 2/3 c. Crisco
• 1 pkg. (18.25 ounce.) strawberry cake mix
• 1/2 c. minced nuts
• 1/2 c. minced coconut

1. Combine Large eggs and Crisco.
2. Add in half the dry cake mix.
3. Beat well.
4. Add in remaining dry mix, nuts and coconut mix thoroughly.
5. Drop by tsp.
6. onto greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
8. May use variations: Yellow or possibly chocolate mix with M & M's.
