Slow-Cooked Beef Ribs for Passover

  1. Place ribs, onions and garlic in slow cooker.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
  5. Remove ribs and onions from slow cooker; cover to keep warm.
  6. Skim and discard excess fat from sauce.
  7. Return ribs and onion to sauce; stir gently until evenly coated.
