Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 3 oz leftover grilled chicken, diced
- 1/2 chopped medium tomato
- 1/4 of a medium cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp low fat dressing of choice(I used thousand island)
- 1 romaine or other lettuce leaf(I used butter lettuce)
- Combine first six ingredients.
- Feel free to combine ANY protein with any of your favorite salad veggies.
- I used what was on hand.
- Pile up in a lettuce leaf and add your low fat dressing.
- Wrap or fold like a taco and munch your lunch!
