Ham-Vegetable Hash
- 2-1/2 gal. Frozen diced potatoes
- 3 cups oil
- 1 gal. OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, cut into1/4-inch cubes
- 1 qt. green peppers, chopped
- 1 qt. red onions, chopped
- Heat flat top grill to 350F.
- Add potatoes and oil; mix well .
- Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are evenly browned and thoroughly heated, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Add ham, peppers and onions.
- Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- (Add small amount of water if mixture becomes too dry.)
