Spiced Nut Snack

  1. Preheat oven to 315F
  2. Place all the spices in a spice grinder, blender or small processor and grind to a fine powder.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix through the nuts and sea salt.
  4. Add the olive oil.
  5. Mix well and spread out on a lightly greased (sprayed) baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 -15 minutes, or until the nuts have coloured a little.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
