Spaghetti Alla Rughetta
- 500 g spaghetti
- 60 ml olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 -2 small chili pepper
- 100 g rocket
- Cook pasta following package directions avoid overcooking.
- Meanwhile heat the oil and gently fry chopped garlic with chilli pepper.
- During the last few minutes of cooking add rocket leaves to pasta.
- Drain pasta and stir in garlic, oil and chilli.
- Serve immediatly.
